سرانجام پس از کش و قوس های فراوان درباره طرح سوال از رییس جمهور در مجلس شورای اسلامی، این طرح با امضای بیش از یک سوم نمایندگان تهیه شد و جهت اعلام وصول، در اختیار هیئت رئیسه مجلس قرار گرفت و قرار است در پایان تعطیلات دو هفته ای مجلس، این طرح در هیئت رئیسه بررسی و در مورد آن تصمیم گیری شود.
به گزارش «تابناک»، تاکنون بنابر برخی ملاحظات اسامی نمایندگان امضا کننده این طرح اعلام نشده و به جز نمایندگان مذکور و محمدرضا باهنر نایب رئیس مجلس که مسئولیت پیگیری آن را در هیئت رئیسه دارد کسی از هویت امضاکنندگان اطلاعی ندارد، ضمن اینکه بر اساس رهنمودهای اخیر رهبر انقلاب بهتر آن است که دولت و مجلس در تعامل بیشتر و سازنده تر با یکدیگر، بدون تسری تنش به جامعه و در کمال متانت و رعایت موازین اخلاقی که در شأن کارگزاران جمهوری اسلامی ایران است، بتوانند ابهامات موجود را برطرف کرده و جامعه را در مسیر اهداف اصلی و عالیه نظام رهنمون شوند.
بنابر این گزارش، علی مطهری نماینده مردم تهران که پیگیر طرح این سوال و جمع آوری امضا در مجلس بوده، متن کامل سوال از رئیس جمهور را در اختیار «تابناک» قرار داده که به شرح زیر می آید:
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
هيئت رئيسه محترم مجلس شوراي اسلامي
با اهداء سلام، به استناد اصل هشتاد و هشتم قانون اساسي و ماده 196 و 197 آيين نامه داخلي مجلس شوراي اسلامي، ضمن تقدير از خدمات فراوان دولت در حوزه هاي مختلف، بدين وسيله سئوالات زير از رئيس جمهور محترم با يكصد امضا جهت طي مراحل قانوني و روشن شدن اذهان نمايندگان محترم و رفع سوء تفاهمات و به منظور تقويت نظام جمهوري اسلامي ارائه مي گردد:
1 ـ چرا قانون تسهيلات ارزي براي متروي تهران و كلان شهرها و حمل و نقل عمومي ساير شهرها، علي رغم نياز مبرم اين شهرها به روان سازي ترافيك، خصوصا با آغاز هدفمند شدن يارانه حامل هاي انرژي، ابلاغ و اجرا نشد؟
2 ـ وزير ورزش و جوانان پس از پنج ماه از ابلاغ قانون تشكيل وزارت ورزش و جوانان با نامه اي غير معمول به مجلس معرفي شد، آيا اين امر نوعي تلاش براي گريز از اجراي قانون نيست؟
3 ـ طبق آمار رسمي نرخ رشد اقتصادي كشور در سال 89 زير 1% بوده و اگر نرخ اعلام شده از سوي صندوق بين المللي پول را بپذيريم حدود 3% بوده است در حالي كه طبق برنامه بايد حداقل 8% باشد. آيا اين امر حاكي از ضعف مديريت اقتصادي كشور نيست؟ همچنين با اين نرخ رشد آيا ممكن است يك ميليون و ششصد هزار شغل در كشور ايجاد شده باشد؟
4 ـ مبلغ 1500 ميليارد تومان بودجه ارتقاء شاخص هاي فرهنگي كشور در قانون بودجه سال 1389 چگونه هزينه شده است؟
5 ـ قانون هدفمند كردن يارانه ها پنج ساله بوده است در حالي كه ميزان افزايش بهاي برخي حامل هاي انرژي نشان مي دهد كه دولت مدت اجراي آن را كمتر از 3 سال در نظر گرفته است. در نتيجه مردم بايد فشار غير لازمي را در پرداخت بهاي مثلا گاز مصرفي تحمل نمايند. همچنين سهم بخش توليد صنعتي و كشاورزي تاكنون به درستي پرداخت نشده و باعث گران تمام شدن هزينه توليد كالا و محصول گرديده است. چرا دولت مقيد به اجراي قانون مجلس نيست؟
6 ـ مقاومت يازده روزه جناب عالي در مقابل حكم حكومتي رهبر انقلاب اسلامي مبني بر ابقاي حجت الاسلام مصلحي وزير محترم اطلاعات چه توجيهي دارد؟
7 ـ چه ضرورتي وجود داشت كه آقاي منوچهر متكي وزير سابق امور خارجه در زمان ماموريت خود به سنگال عزل شود به طوري كه علاوه بر تحقير شخصيت ايشان، نظام جمهوري اسلامي ايران در سطح جهان آسيب ببيند؟
8 ـ اين سخن جناب عالي كه مجلس در راس امور نيست، چه هدفي را دنبال مي كند؟
9 ـ چرا جناب عالي با علم به اينكه انتقاد از برخی مجریان «قانون عفاف و حجاب» در رسانه ملی موجب کاهش اقتدار نظام در این حوزه و بدتر شدن وضع پوشش اسلامي در جامعه خواهد شد، در برنامه زنده تلويزيوني ضمن متهم کردن برخی مجریان اين قانون، بر خلاف اجماع فقها بر وظیفه دولت اسلامی در آن مرتبه از امر به معروف و نهی از منکر که نیازمند اعمال قانون است، با اعلام این مطلب که راه حل این مسئله منحصر به کار فرهنگی است، از دولت سلب مسئولیت نمودید و پس از مخالفت گسترده مراجع تقليد، ائمه جمعه، علماي بلاد و نمايندگان مجلس با سخنان شما، در مصاحبه زنده تلويزيوني بعدي اعلام كرديد كه سخن من همان است كه گفتم. اين رفتار شما چگونه توجيه مي شود؟
10 ـ چرا نظريه «ترويج مكتب ايران به جاي مكتب اسلام» را كه توسط رئيس دفتر شما بيان شد علي رغم ضديت با مباني انقلاب اسلامي و مخالفت قاطبه مراجع عظام تقليد و علماي بزرگ و دلسوزان نظام، تاييد و بر آن تاکید نموده باعث تنزل جايگاه انقلاب اسلامي و زنده شدن تعصبات قومي در ميان مسلمانان و سوء استفاده مخالفان وحدت اسلامي گرديديد؟ اصولا چرا از گروه موسوم به «جريان انحرافي» علي رغم هشدار و اعلام خطر علماي بزرگ اعلام برائت نمي كنيد بلكه از اين افراد دفاع مي نماييد؟
